The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is seeking lease proposals for approximately 3,984 sq ft of commercial space within a ¼‑mile radius of Diamond Hill Commons in Woonsocket, RI. The space must have a secondary egress, parking for roughly 12 government vehicles (day and overnight), and the lease must be a government lease.
