Description
The City of Oxnard is seeking bids for the Citywide Playground Replacement Project - Ololkoy (Oxnard) Beach Park Phase II. The project involves furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work to remove and dispose of the play area equipment, equipment footings, rubber tile surface, and subsurface concrete base/slab, and the supply of and installation of new corrosion-resistant nautical-themed playground equipment and pour-in-place rubberized surface for the 2-5 year playground area.
• The project is funded in full or in part with Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CSLFRF) by the Treasury Department under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
• Bidders must be plan holders of record to submit a bid to the City, which entails purchasing copies of all Contract Documents at CyberCopy’s Plan Room.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 30, 2025, at 10:00 am PST, at Ololkoy (Oxnard) Beach Park.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Contract Price upon Contract award.
