Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization (FARM) III

The United States Air Force is soliciting industry feedback regarding the Government's acquisition strategy considerations for Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization (FARM) III. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to initiate discussions with industry regarding Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification and to solicit feedback on the Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) source selection evaluation approach. The Government is requesting feedback on the HTRO Scoring Matrix and HTRO Scoring Matrix Instructions, as well as information on whether companies are currently JCP certified or plan to apply for certification in the future. • The RFI is seeking feedback on the HTRO source selection evaluation approach. • The Government is requesting input on the HTRO Scoring Matrix and HTRO Scoring Matrix Instructions. • Companies are asked to provide information on their JCP certification status. • The RFI is part of the Government's ongoing market research to develop its acquisition strategy for FARM III.
