Project Name: CUNY New York City College of Technology Renovation of Campus Computer Labs and Student Technology Spaces Owner: Dormitory Authority – State of New York (“DASNY”) Architect/Engineer: Shakespeare Gordon Studio Architects Project Description: Provide all labor, materials and equipment required with the partial computer rooms renovation located in multiple buildings to include NAMM Hall, Library, General and Voorhees Buildings. The scope includes the partial demolition of walls, ceilings, and lighting in the above listed spaces. The new construction consists of several new walls, doors and soffits, new ceilings and lighting, new flooring and replacement of finishes, new furniture including selected custom-designed booths for private study. The scope also includes some selected MEP infrastructure improvements as identified in the drawings. This project will be completed in two phases as also identified in the summary schedule included in the bid documents. Phasing Notes: TBD Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA.
