Description
The project involves the widening of S. Gallaher View Road at The Courtyard and Westland Drive. The work includes grading, drainage, roadway base, paving, traffic control, and striping for the proposed roadway improvements. Bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the "Contractor's Licensing Act of 1976" and have the necessary licensing classifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bidder's bond executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in Tennessee. The successful bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price within 30 calendar days of contract award notice.
