PIRATES COVE WATER PARK RENOVATIONS

The City of Englewood is seeking a qualified contractor to provide labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary for enhancements to Pirates Cove Water Park. The project includes various divisions such as concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, and more. The contractor is expected to understand the scope of the project and provide a comprehensive proposal. • The proposal should include a schedule of values, package header, and package items. • The contractor should also provide information about their company, contact person, address, phone number, and email. • The city has provided various attachments, including a sample contract for services, project manual, renovation drawings, geotech report, and bid schedule. • A pre-proposal meeting is recommended on April 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM MDT at the Pirates Cove Water Park.
