Cubie Smart Drawers

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to acquire Cubie Smart Drawers for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center. The contract includes the provision of equipment, related components, and full turnkey installation services. The contractor will be required to provide brand-new BD Pyxis Cubie Drawer components, ensure compatibility with existing BD Pyxis MedStation systems, and perform installation, configuration, calibration, and system validation. The contractor will also be responsible for providing user and service manuals, shipping and handling, and performing preventive maintenance. The contract period is from June 30, 2026, to August 29, 2026. • The contractor must provide 38 full-height BD Pyxis Cubie Drawers and 28 half-height BD Pyxis Cubie Drawers. • The contractor must perform turnkey installation services, including coordination with the Pharmacy, OIT, and Biomedical Engineering. • The contractor must provide a detailed installation schedule and submit it to the Pharmacy POC for approval. • The contractor must ensure that all equipment is fully operational and compatible with existing BD Pyxis hardware/software. • The contractor must provide a four-hour callback response for repair calls during normal business hours for one year after acceptance.
