Notice of Contractor's Settlement - Performance Construction

The State of Colorado, via the Office of the State Architect’s State Buildings Program, issued a Notice of Contractor’s Settlement for the project “St. Cajetan’s Stucco Repair and Painting” (Project No. P1002520) at the Auraria Higher Education Center. Final settlement with D&J Johnson Enterprises, Inc. (d/b/a Performance Construction) is scheduled for October 12, 2026. The notice informs any parties with unpaid claims (labor, materials, equipment, etc.) that they may file a verified claim up to the settlement date with the appropriate authority; failure to do so releases the State from liability.
