The General Services Administration (GSA) is establishing a single‑award, fixed‑price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for insulated and ribbed floor matting products. The BPA will cover eleven National Stock Numbers (NSNs); contractors must be able to quote at least nine of them.
