A&E Services for SE Gordon Creek Road Slope Stabilization

The Multnomah County is seeking a consultant to provide A&E services for the SE Gordon Creek Road Slope Stabilization project. The project involves designing a permanent fix for gradual slope failure and sliding on Gordon Creek Road. The consultant will be responsible for performing all services and delivering all deliverables as described in the Statement of Work. The required schedule for performance under the contract is specified in the Statement of Work. The contract has a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $585,000. The consultant will be selected based on their experience, qualifications, and proposed approach to the project. • The project requires the consultant to design a permanent fix for the slope failure and sliding on Gordon Creek Road. • The consultant must have experience in similar projects and must provide details of at least two project samples comparable to the requested services. • The consultant must provide a proposal that does not exceed 15 pages and must include resumes of key staff as an appendix. • The consultant must demonstrate their understanding of risk as it relates to the key service area and must describe the tools and/or strategies they will use to mitigate project risk. • The consultant must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program.
