Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking bids to establish a blanket contract to provide delivery and unloading of square bale hay for Big Bend Ranch State Park. The initial estimated order consists of 3,000, 50 to 65 pounds square of Alfalfa grass hay bales. The contract will commence upon date of award or September 1, 2026, and continue through August 31, 2027. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools necessary to meet the requirements of the specified services.
• The contractor must deliver approximately four to four hundred and fifty square bales per delivery.
• Square bales must be Alfalfa grass or TPWD Approved equal.
• Bales must be a minimum of fifty to sixty pounds each.
• The contractor must unload and stack hay bales at a TPWD specified location.
• The contractor must ensure the area is kept clean and immediately clean up any materials during delivery.
