Description
The purpose of this Invitation For Bid (IFB) is to seek bids to furnish, deliver, and install an autoclave for GTCC’s Aviation Program. The autoclave must meet the minimum standards as outlined in section 5.0 of this solicitation. This purchase is part of the new Aviation Campus Project, where delivery and installation will be coordinated with GTCC. Key features of the autoclave include thermal characteristics and capabilities, physical characteristics and capabilities, integrated cooling system, two spare ports, and a footprint of approximately 22’ L x 10’ W x 7’ H. The vendor shall deliver Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the specified location, and transportation and installation costs shall be included in the total bid price. The vendor shall also provide equipment startup and commissioning, operations training, and after-sale spare parts access.
