Comprehensive Water System Plan Update

The City of Richland is seeking a consultant to update its Comprehensive Water System Plan and perform a Hydraulic model update and a rate analysis study. The selected consultant will review existing plans, collect data, and evaluate the water system's ability to meet the needs of existing and future customers. The consultant will also develop a 6-year, 10-year, and 20-year capital improvement program and update the City's water system hydraulic model. * Key tasks include: * Reviewing existing plans and collecting data * Evaluating the water system's ability to meet customer needs * Developing a capital improvement program * Updating the water system hydraulic model * Performing a rate analysis study The City is looking for a consultant with experience in water system planning, hydraulic modeling, and rate studies. The selected consultant will be required to submit a proposal that includes a detailed scope of work, a project schedule, and a list of team members and their qualifications.
