Seminole Road MSW Landfill 2026 Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) Expansion

The DeKalb County Government is soliciting bids for the Seminole Road MSW Landfill 2026 Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) Expansion. The project involves the installation of a gas collection and control system at the Seminole Road Landfill. The scope of work includes construction staking, installation of below-grade PVC and HDPE pipes, installation of gas wellheads, pumps, and other equipment. The project also includes system start-up and testing, conformance surveying, and provision of as-built documentation. • The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, incidentals, and perform all work necessary to complete the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The project has a mandatory LSBE meeting requirement, and the contractor must attend one of the scheduled meetings. • The contractor must submit a bid guarantee in an amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and licenses as required by the solicitation.
