Harbins Park Multipurpose Field Turf Replacement

The County is seeking qualified contractors to fully replace the synthetic turf at Harbins Park’s multipurpose field. Work includes demolition and removal of the existing turf system, disposal of old infill, and installation of new turf, infill, and a football/soccer goal system, while keeping park trails and sidewalks open.
