Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 1 copy of the Ohio National Guard Guidance Counselor Handbooks. The handbooks will be printed in CMYK with images, text, and solids, and will require a clear acetate cover. The contractor will be responsible for preflighting the furnished files, creating or altering necessary trapping, and defining file output selection. The contractor must also provide a press quality PDF soft proof and return the final film negatives or digital deliverables with the furnished material.
