The Ohio Adjutant General’s Department seeks a qualified contractor to perform the FY‑2027 annual fire safety, fire alarm, and backflow preventer inspections at twelve Army National Guard buildings on Rickenbacker Air Base. The work includes inspecting, testing, certifying, and tagging 100 fire extinguishers, testing 13 backflow preventers, and conducting comprehensive fire‑alarm system testing per NFPA 72, followed by detailed reporting and tagging. All inspections must be completed between 1 Nov 2026 and 31 Mar 2027, with a consolidated base‑wide report due within 15 calendar days of the final inspection.
