Description
The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to perform concrete improvements across several parks and right‑of‑way locations (Phase 4B). The work includes excavation, removal and replacement of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and concrete pavement, as well as aggregate base installation, seeding/landscaping, traffic control, and associated mobilization and staking. Bids are sealed and must be submitted by the deadline; the contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder who meets the bonding, insurance, and performance requirements.
