Description
The Kayenta Chapter of the Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish the existing senior‑center building, handle hazardous‑material abatement, disconnect and remove all utilities, and grade the site for future construction. The scope includes mandatory attendance at a site‑visit, provision of certified disposal receipts, and a minimum 12‑month warranty on all work.
• Complete demolition of the building, foundations, utilities, and related structures.
• Certified asbestos, lead, and mold abatement with disposal documentation.
• Utility disconnection/removal, site grading, and final inspection/acceptance paperwork.
• Mandatory site visit on 16 Jan 2026 and strict compliance with Navajo Nation vendor‑priority and tax requirements.
