Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide a Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) trailer unit for lease/rental. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to fulfill the contract requirements. The contract will be for a period of 6 months, from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The contractor must provide a technical capability statement, supporting documentation, and a Quality Control Plan with their quote. The Government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, quality control plan, delivery time, and price.
• The contractor must provide a Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) trailer unit that meets the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to fulfill the contract requirements.
• The contractor must provide a technical capability statement, supporting documentation, and a Quality Control Plan with their quote.
• The contractor must ensure that all services are delivered independently and that the contractor is fully responsible for the performance and conduct of their equipment.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and Indian Health Service (IHS) regulations.
