The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a vendor to supply six brand‑new, Police Pursuit‑rated full‑size sport‑utility vehicles (2025 model year or newer, Chevrolet Tahoe or equal). The vehicles must meet an extensive list of performance, safety, interior, and exterior specifications—including a 350 hp V‑8, heavy‑duty suspension, ballistic door panel, dark‑blue metallic paint, and full police equipment wiring. Proposals are evaluated on technical compliance (55 %), delivery schedule (10 %), price (20 %), warranty/service support (10 %), and a local West Virginia vendor preference (5 %).
