Exterior Painting of both the Central and South Wastewater Facilities

The City of Fort Myers is seeking a contractor to provide exterior painting services for the Central and South Wastewater Treatment Plants. The scope of work includes surface preparation, patching, stucco repairs, and protective coatings to address wear and extend the life of existing structures. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the painting project, including priming, painting, and clean-up. The goal is to enhance the aesthetic appeal and protect the exterior surfaces of the buildings from environmental elements. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in exterior painting services. • The contractor must provide at least three references from previous clients for similar projects completed within the last three years. • The contractor must designate a project manager who will be the primary point of contact for the City of Fort Myers throughout the duration of the project. • The contractor must adhere to all applicable safety regulations and standards, including OSHA requirements.
