Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 100 coil‑bound, full‑color training manuals (DTI Guide Book) for the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs, to be delivered to Fort Moore, GA. The manuals must meet strict paper, printing, binding, and packaging specifications, and all waste must be destroyed after production. Delivery is required by September 18 2026.
• Quantity: 100 coil‑bound manuals, 8.5 × 11 in, 140 text pages + tabs + cover.
• Production specs: Full‑color offset or digital printing (wet pigment ink), 2400 dpi, JCP‑specified paper stocks, plastic coil binding, clear laminate on tabs, shrink‑wrap and double‑wrap cartons (≤ 25 lb each).
• Delivery & security: Traceable carrier (FedEx/UPS/independent), signature required, no USPS, outer cartons must conceal contents, all excess material destroyed.
• Administrative: Mandatory W‑9, one press‑quality PDF soft proof to three email addresses before production, invoices via GPO fax barcode gateway or mail.
