The City of Detroit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier for planned residential demolition work. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing a single-unit residential property located at 10055 Grandmont. The property has a floor area of 965 square feet and a parcel square footage of 4,646 square feet. Interested vendors are encouraged to visit the site to understand the current conditions that may affect the bid price. The successful vendor will be subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements of their pre-qualification and the "CDD_Abatement and Demolition_Contractor Discipline Policy_5.12.2025".

• The property has a floor area of 965 square feet and a parcel square footage of 4,646 square feet.
• The successful vendor must be a pre-qualified supplier for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work.
• The successful vendor will be subject to the "CDD_Abatement and Demolition_Contractor Discipline Policy_5.12.2025".
• The City will determine that a vendor is ineligible for the award of this RFQ if the vendor is subject to disciplinary action under the Discipline Policy as of the RFQ due date or has any assigned site meeting certain conditions.
