Description
The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Charter Communications, LLC., (Spectrum). The requirement is to provide a commercial internet solution to develop, sustain, and test the information technology (IT) solutions that power the Headquarters Air Force Recruiting Service (HQ AFRS) recruiting efforts. The Contractor shall perform all required tasks to maintain a continuously operational circuit with a minimum bidirectional speed of 1 Gbps. The service shall be delivered to Building 663 and Building 491 on JBSA Randolph AFB.
• The period of performance shall be 1 June 2026 – 31 May 2031 (estimated).
• The Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance and replacement of all contractor-furnished infrastructure.
• The Government intends to award a sole source award to Charter Communications Operating, LLC (Spectrum) due to an already existing coaxial line infrastructure.
