Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the removal and installation of valley gutters on two open air steel buildings for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA). The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. A jobsite visit is required prior to bid opening. The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods.
• The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to remove and install valley gutters.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
• The contractor must provide a performance bond if required.
• The contractor must deliver all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
