Reconstruction of East David Street

CITY OF OGDENSBURG, NEW YORK RECONSTRUCTION OF EAST DAVID STREET, CWSRF PROJECT #C6-6063-07-00 Sealed, separate Bids for the construction of the Reconstruction of East David Street, will be received by City of Ogdensburg, at the office of the City Comptroller, 330 Ford Street, First Floor Room 5, Ogdensburg NY 13669, until 2:00 PM local time on April 1, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of replacing existing VCP sewer main with PVC sewer main, replacing sewer laterals from the main to right-of-way, replacement of concrete manholes, installing new concrete manholes, separation/replacement of stormwater main the length of East David Street, installing new drainage structures and the complete reconstruction of East David Street including roadway, curbing, and sidewalks. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
