The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is soliciting bids from qualified Suppliers to provide two 10 FT dia x 12.5 FT TALL 6,950 gallons grade 2 titanium 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite Storage Tanks, handrail and ladder conforming to the specification requirements, data sheet and drawing terms, and conditions contained in this Request for Bid. The bid must include all charges to meet the RFB requirements, including freight to deliver the materials to Metropolitan locations. The Bid must be valid for a minimum of 190 days from the Bid closing date. • The bid pricing shall be valid for a minimum of 190 days. • The bid price shall include all charges to meet the RFB requirements. • No ancillary charges, including fuel surcharges, are allowed. • The bidder must submit a bid bond, conflicts of interest statement, recent projects, supporting technical documents, and acceptance of MWD's terms and conditions. • The bidder must provide a detailing quote including tax. • The bidder must ensure that all procedures and requirements of this RFB are accurately followed and appropriately addressed.
