Whitlock Addition Street Reconstruction Phase 3

The City of Carrollton is seeking bids for the Whitlock Addition Street Reconstruction Phase 3 project. The project includes barricades and traffic control, removal, disposal, and replacement of approximately 22,000 square yards of street pavement, construction of approximately 5,000 SY of sidewalks, water and sewer adjustments, and 2,000 LF of storm pipe. The project is located within the Whitlock Addition subdivision in the City of Carrollton. • Improvement streets include E Russell Avenue, Norris Street, Ryan Avenue, Homer Street, associated alleys, and parking lot improvements at WJ Thomas Park • The project consists of barricades and traffic control, removal, disposal, and replacement of approximately 22,000 square yards of street pavement • Construction of approximately 5,000 SY of sidewalks, water and sewer adjustments, and 2,000 LF of storm pipe • The OPCC for this project is $8,560,613.57
