Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance, repairs, and related services for traveling screens and bar screens at City facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs, as well as preventative maintenance tasks such as inspections and cleaning. The contractor must be able to respond to emergencies within 24 hours and provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The key services required include:
• Preventative maintenance: inspections, cleaning, and repairs of traveling screens and bar screens
• Corrective maintenance: emergency response and repair services for traveling screens and bar screens
• Routine maintenance: scheduled maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspection, and replacement of parts
• Repair and replacement: repair or replacement of damaged or non-functional traveling screens and bar screens
• Technical support: provision of technical expertise and advice on the maintenance and repair of traveling screens and bar screens.
