Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - Professional Design Services for Advanced Composites Institute Manufacturing Facility Improvements

The Advanced Composites Institute (ACI) at Mississippi State University is seeking professional design services for the improvements of a manufacturing facility. The selected design professional will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening, and providing all professional design services through project closeout. The scope of work includes preparing plans and specifications, holding preconstruction conferences, and performing construction inspections. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. • The contract will be on a fixed price basis and include scope and extent of work. • The project is subject to ARC award and the removal of all environmental conditions. • The ACI encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. • Proposals should be marked clearly as being a "Proposal for ARC Professional Design Services - Manufacturing Facility Improvements" and should be submitted to the Office of Business Operations of Advanced Composites Institute.
