Fabrication of Liquid Hydrogen Vacuum Jacketed Supply Section for Cell 7

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking a contractor to fabricate a liquid hydrogen vacuum jacketed supply section for Cell 7. This is a brand name or equal to requirement, and the procurement is set aside for small business. The contractor shall provide a quote that includes the following: Net 30, FOB Destination, Cage Code & UEI #, ARO delivery time/Lead Time, and any applicable discounts. The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. • The contractor shall comply with all U.S. export control laws and regulations. • The contractor shall provide written notice to the cognizant contract administration office immediately after notification by the Contracting Officer that duty-free entry will be accorded foreign supplies. • The contractor shall include the substance of the duty-free entry clause in any subcontract if supplies identified in the Schedule to be accorded duty-free entry will be imported into the customs territory of the United States. • The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining export licenses, if required, before utilizing foreign persons in the performance of this contract.
