Town of Morris - East Street Housing Site Infrastructure Project

The Town of Morris is seeking bids for the East Street Housing Site Infrastructure Project, which includes initial site work for subsequent construction of 8 units of affordable housing. The project scope includes clearing, erosion control, grading, stormwater items, septic items, electrical conduits and transformer vault, site lighting, sidewalks and dumpster pad, road and parking subgrade, base gravel course and binder course only, and site stabilization.
