Description
The US Government Publishing Office is soliciting quotes for the production of 150 car magnets. The magnets should be 18 inches wide and 12 inches tall, with a durable and water-resistant design. The contractor must provide a clear non-yellowing gloss UV coating to prevent scratching, smearing, and fading. The printing should be in 4-color process and black, with no bleeds. The contractor must also provide e-mailed electronic page proofs and follow the furnished file for margins and other specifications. The delivery should be made to the Minneapolis VA Medical Center via traceable means.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must register in GPO Publish to ensure no interruption in ability to receive and perform work with GPO.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via e-mail.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
• The contractor must bear all expenses incidental to returning materials, submitting/returning proofs, and furnishing samples.
