Description
The Marysville Public Schools are seeking bids for remodeling projects at various elementary schools and a middle school. The project consists of multiple bid divisions, including selective demolition, steel, metal studs, drywall, acoustical treatments, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry, and HVAC. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The project is subject to State of Michigan Prevailing Wage requirements.

• Bidding documents are available for public inspection through Building Connected.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held to review the project bidding documents and answer questions.
• All bids must include sworn and notarized statements, including a familial disclosure affidavit, Iran linked business affidavit, and criminal background check affidavit.
