Description
The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide Vehicle/Fleet Equipment as requested by the City. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to meet the Vehicle/Fleet Equipment needs of all City of Springfield entities. The term of the Contract shall be for Three (3) Years, with an amount not to exceed $125,000.00 per year.
Some key points to consider:
• The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
• Proposers must submit written questions to the Office of Procurement no later than February 3, 2026, at 4:30 P.M.
• The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
