Description
The college is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and testing needed to install, terminate, and label the telecommunications grounding and bonding infrastructure across its campus. The contractor must follow the college’s detailed specifications, perform required testing, and deliver the completed work within 30 calendar days of receiving a purchase order. The solicitation is a firm‑price competitive bid; all pricing must remain valid for 30 days after the bid opening, and the state reserves the right to modify performance standards as needed.
• Install copper grounding busbars, lugs, taps, and related hardware per the specified product list (Hubbell, MaxCell, etc.).
• Perform continuity and resistance testing, certify results, and provide labeling per ANSI/TIA standards.
• Deliver all materials FOB destination, assume liability for loss/damage in transit, and retain project records for five years.
