Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking vendors to provide on‑demand expert services for its Genesys Cloud contact‑center platform. The work includes consulting, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and any specialized assistance required to keep the platform operating efficiently and to support ongoing optimization initiatives.
