Heavy Armored Vehicles

The USAG Wiesbaden, Germany, Regional Contracting Office is seeking potential sources for a competitive, Firm-Fixed Price requirement for the procurement of six heavy armored BMW sedans on a Brand Name or Equal basis. The vehicles must meet specific requirements, including VPAM 9 standards, and be delivered within 180 days of contract award. The contractor must ensure the vehicle meets European country requirements for Germany and within NATO countries. The contract will include a basic warranty and integrated basic maintenance service for a fixed operational period. • The vehicles must be armored and certified to VPAM 9 standards. • The contractor must be able to meet all security and vehicle customization requirements. • The vehicles must have a dark gray or black interior with four leather, power, heated, ventilated memory bucket seats. • The vehicles must have quad-zone climate control, independent rear Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) with independent controls. • The contractor must provide a basic warranty covering defects in material and workmanship and basic maintenance services for a fixed operational period.
