The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish a single‑wide manufactured home and associated structures at 818 Rembrandt Drive, perform comprehensive debris removal, address any asbestos‑containing materials, grade and seed the lot, and deliver a clean, stabilized site. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days after receipt of a Notice to Proceed, and the contractor must secure all required permits, licenses, bonds, and insurance at its own expense. This contract emphasizes compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and aims to achieve a 40 % small‑business participation goal.
• Demolition of a manufactured home, canopy, concrete slab, three storage buildings, foundations, and related infrastructure.
• Full asbestos survey compliance, abatement of identified ACBM, and required notifications and permits.
• Site clearing, grading, and seeding (seed & straw) to stabilize the lot, with final grading free of dips or ponding.
