The work includes traffic control, phasing, and compliance with extensive safety, environmental, and prevailing‑wage requirements, and must be completed within a 65‑working‑day schedule while observing strict parking‑space closure limits and a seasonal work stoppage. • Structural repairs: post‑tensioned beam reinforcement, steel thru‑bolts, side brackets, and anchor bolt installations with pull‑test verification. • Concrete and waterproofing: spall repair, epoxy injection, and injection grouting of drainage lines. • Surface treatment: Sikalastic 720 polyurethane traffic coating, wheel‑stop replacement, and complete restriping of top‑floor stalls. • Project constraints: only one floor closed at a time, max 50 parking spaces closed, mandatory pre‑bid conference, 5‑day top‑floor coating window, no work May 31 – Sept 6 2027, and $1,500 per day liquidated damages for overruns.
