Court Ordered Property Abatement & Emergency Structure Board Ups

The City of Pontiac is seeking a contractor to provide court-ordered property abatements and emergency property structure board-ups to secure properties. The contractor will be responsible for collecting, removing, and disposing of junk, discarded, and unwanted materials, as well as providing board-ups for emergency and non-emergency situations. The contractor must have proper licensing, bonding capabilities, and insurance. The contract term will be for two years with one option to renew for an additional two years. * Key services include: * Collection, removal, and disposal of junk, discarded, and unwanted materials * Board-ups for emergency and non-emergency situations * Compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, and professional standards * Quality control program to ensure services are provided in accordance with the contract * Proper custody and care of City-owned property * Reimbursement, replacement, or restoration of City property for any loss or damage
