The project involves the replacement of the existing BUR roof system with a new insulated EPDM single-ply roof system and associated flashings at the Woodland Center CF Food Service facility. The work includes removal of the existing roof, installation of a new roof, replacement of roof drains, and MEP related modifications to accommodate the new roof system.
