Texas A&M University is seeking bids to establish a Master Order to provide a Series 2 Hard Drive Shredder Model AMS-1000HD-SSD for the campus located in College Station, TX. The shredder must meet the following minimum specifications: Motor: 10HP, 460V 3PH 60HZ, Shred Width: 3/8” / 1/5”, Drivers/Hour Thruput: 2000 Desktop HDD, Drivers/Hour Thruput: 1000 Enterprise HDD, Drivers/Hour Thruput: 2000 SSD, Output: Conveyor, Paint: Power Coated – provide color options, Weight: 3176 lbs., High Gloss MarComm Color RAL 3005, Output Conveyor. The vendor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on all parts and accessories. • The vendor must submit descriptive literature and specifications of all products offered. • The vendor must provide prompt service that is due under warranty. • The vendor must meet or exceed applicable federal and State of Texas safety, health, lighting, and noise standards in effect at the time of manufacture. • The vendor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on all parts and accessories. • The vendor must provide a quote for two options of shredders – 7.5 HP or 10 HP, Model AMS-1000HD-SSD with High Gloss MarComm RAL 3005 and Output Conveyor or equivalent.
