Description
The West Virginia Department of Education is soliciting bids for the purchase of Laserfiche products/services. The contract will be for a period of one year, from May 28, 2026, to May 27, 2027. The vendor must provide educational discounts and ensure that all commodity line items are inclusive of shipping and delivery fees. The contract items include Laserfiche Import Agent, Laserfiche Quick Fields, Laserfiche RT Look Up-Validation Package, and others.
• The contract requires the vendor to deliver the contract items within 15 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.
• The vendor must designate a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing vendor's responsibilities under this contract.
• The contract includes provisions for payment, delivery, and return of unacceptable items.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
