Description
The VA Orlando Medical Center is seeking a small‑business contractor to replace two existing Christie lamp‑based projectors with new commercial‑grade laser or LED units, integrate them with the existing Crestron control system, and perform all related removal, installation, testing, and turnover activities. The work must be performed after hours, adhere to strict warranty and TAA‑compliance requirements, and be completed within a tight schedule.
• Supply and install two TAA‑compliant laser/LED projectors meeting detailed technical specs (laser/LED source, ≥20,000‑hr life, ≥1920×1200 resolution, HDBaseT, RS‑232, Crestron driver).
• Remove and properly dispose of the legacy projectors, preserving existing mounts and cabling where possible.
• Fully integrate the new projectors with the VA’s Crestron control system, provide programming, testing, and on‑site user training.
• Deliver all documentation (warranties, as‑built drawings, disposal certificates) and provide a 5‑year equipment warranty plus a 90‑day workmanship warranty.
