Description
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a contractor to provide Permanency and Connections Expert (PACE) services statewide. The contractor will be responsible for providing recruitment, permanency review facilitation, and technical assistance and outreach services to support the state's foster care program. The contract term is three years, with up to two one-year renewal options. The evaluation criteria include bidder experience and past performance, education and qualifications, staffing and training, program implementation, and vendor question worksheet. The state is looking for a contractor that can provide a sustainable model with appropriate staffing and a structure that supports long-term program stability.
