Description
The Valdosta City Schools Board of Education is seeking bids for the interior renovation of the Valdosta City Schools PLC Building. The project includes demolition and renovation of various exterior and interior building components, installation of new acoustical ceilings, lighting, power, low voltage, and mechanical systems, and installation of new audio visual systems. The successful bidder will be required to begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work prior to September 25, 2026.

• The bid date is February 24, 2026, and the bid time is 3:00 p.m. local time.
• A mandatory prebid conference will be held on February 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
• Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work.
