The project involves individual work assignments for the installation, modification, and/or reconstruction of new or existing traffic signals on interstate, state, and local roads in Baltimore and Harford counties. Assignments may include the installation of signal structures, controller cabinets, UPS, LED signals indications, Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS), Countdown Pedestrian Signals (CPS), ADA ramp and sidewalk upgrades, intersection lighting, signs, cameras, and/or loops for detection, minor geometrics, pavement markings, and miscellaneous traffic control devices. • The project is classified as E, with a cost range of $2,500,000 to $5,000,000. • The bid opening date is March 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. • A pre-bid conference was held on February 10, 2026, via virtual meeting. • The successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all contracts in excess of $100,000.00.
