Description
The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal - Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract for facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, and minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems. The period of performance will be a five (5) year ordering period. The procurement will be 100% small business 8(a) set-aside.
• The contract will utilize FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36 – Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts.
• A Statement of Work will be provided with the solicitation.
• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at the time of proposal submission to be considered.
